Day Thirty of #30dayscleansingchallenge

All good things must come to an end, and every end is a new beginning. Today is the last day of the #30dayscleansingchallenge and I'm feeling fabulous. But, I will not stop eating healthy and go into a lethargic juncture. Rather I have entered phase where I am craving for healthy food all the time! Of course it is totally natural to be tempted to have junk food once in a while and I would respect my gut instincts and enjoy that moment and then go back to the ‘healthy phase’ because after every indulgence comes the feel of guilt. LOL :P
